Embodiment practices

I offer each of these modalities as one-to-one classes or groups, with the ultimate goal of training clients to be able to use these independently, as and when they need to change their energy or mood. In our sessions, we can focus on one tool, or combine many, depending on individual needs.

Yoga

Learn to harness your breath to manage stress, tiredness, energy levels and focus. I also offer a “How to reprogram your breath” course; many people have picked up habits that hold them back, which are deeply ingrained.

Breathwork

I offer these stand-alone, or in conjunction with Yoga and Breathwork. A rejuvenating and relaxing reset, possibe 121 or in a group.
